Finding Us

Moulin de Perle is just outside the village of Fosse, in the Fenouilledes, the lower foothills of the Pyrenees, approximately 60 Km west of Perpignan and 80 Km south of Carcassonne.

Directions from Perpignan

Leave the airport and take the D117 towards Estagel. You will pass through Cases de Pene, Estagel, Maury and St Paul de Fenouillet (which is where you will find the local Carrefour supermarket on your right as you are leaving the village).

Approaching the centre of Caudies village turn left on the D9 towards Fenouillet, Sournia and Fosse approx 10 mintues away. You will pass over a railway crossing on the edge of the village, past the Notre Dame church, the picnic site and over the green bridge on route. The road now climbs and twists, keep going straight past the Fenouillet turning on your right.

Continue until you reach the fork and signpost in the road showing Fosse village on the left. Proceed on the right, past the village, and stay on the road for another 3/4 mile past a right turn signposted to Vira.

Immediately after the small bridge you will see the Moulin de Perle sign to your right. There are 2 driveways descending from the main road.

Directions from Carcassonne

Leave the airport and take the D118 towards Limoux. You will pass through Limoux, Couiza and Quillan. At Quillan (which is where you will find the local Carrefour supermarket on your right just before entering the village) take the D117 towards Perpignan heading East. You will pass through Axat and Lapradelle, Caudies is approx 10 minutes.

Approaching the centre of Caudies village turn right on the D9 signposted to Fenouillet, Sournia and Fosse which is now approx. 10 minutes away.
